"What an amazing place to celebrate 20 yrs of marriage. Room 8 is an absolute gem! The hospitality
is out of this world. Not only in keeping this weekend a surprise, but going out of their way with
the "little things" that made our stay so amazing."

Room History
The stone building has always served as place to stay. It was called the Central House Hotel and was on the
route from Milwaukee to Green Bay. The reading area which faces the main street was once part of
the housekeeper's small bedroom. When the 3rd floor stairs were moved so as to be less steep the small
room became part of Room 8. The two round windows are original to the building. Many of the walls are
still intact with original plaster and the pine floor boards creak and remind us of times gone by.
