Guest Memories
"We have been to Cedarburg many times and Room 5 always calls us back. The stone wall, reading chair
by the whirlpool, view of the old mill out the back window and a chance to spend quiet time together.
The Girl with the Flower Basket paintings are intriguing, not sure how many there are? We love
the staff and the scones and fruit for breakfast.... til next time."

Room History
In 1983 when the building restoration began the area where Room 5 is today was one large room. At that time it
was the only bathroom for the 2nd & 3rd floors. It contained an old claw foot tub, pedestal sink and toilet.
The faint mark on the stone wall shows where the old roof line used to be. Today as you enter Room 5
there is a antique writing desk, a comfortable wing back chair for reading and a whirlpool. The queen
bedroom is around the corner. Windows face the back of the Inn and the view includes the old feed
mill in the distance. Guests frequently comment that this is their favorite suite.
