Room History
Located on the 2nd floor, in the front of the building, Room 1 is bright with sunlight from two windows looking out on main street views. The wardrobe is one of the heaviest in the Inn, made of iron wood and discovered at a nearby farm auction. Room 1 opens up to the hallway near the coffee station and the window where in the late 1800's the luggage was pulled through the front hall window to avoid carrying trunks up the narrow stairs. The room door is original to the Inn and was refinished in keeping with the time period.
