| HISTORY: The Stagecoach Inn was once a stopover for coach travelers on their way from Milwaukee to Green Bay. Now, as then, 154 years later, the Historic Bed & Breakfast welcomes the weary traveler and those who seek the spirit of times gone by, and shelter from the storm. The little country inn, located 20 minutes north of Milwaukee in downtown Cedarburg, Wisconsin, is a historically restored stone building that was an actual stagecoach hotel built in 1853. Restored in 1984 by Historian Brook Brown and his wife, Liz, the Stagecoach Inn is a step into the nostalgic past. The Inn features 12 rooms; nine rooms in the main stone building, and three guest rooms in the 1847 frame Weber Haus, located across the street. Each room has a private bath; six suites have whirlpools and 2 suites include a fireplace. The Stagecoach Pub is located on the first floor of the Inn and serves as a welcoming area for guests as well as the breakfast room in the morning. During the evenings, the Pub is a pleasant gathering place where guests can enjoy wine from the Cedar Creek Winery and other house specialty drinks. The Inn's Shop, Beerntsens' Candies, is a superb chocolate shop offering handmade delights, and specialty candies. The location is ideal, right in the downtown Historic District of Cedarburg, and is a short walk to antique shops, art galleries, restaurants, parks, the Cultural Center, a winery and the Cedar Creek Settlement. Turnkey - Sales Price: $995,000
